Childbirth Preparation Series
This is a series of classes (two or three weeks) covering labor, delivery, relaxation, anesthesia, C-section, postpartum, breastfeeding and newborn care.
Childbirth Preparation Class
This is a single class version of our Childbirth Preparation Series for busy parents, those who prefer weekend classes, or parents who simply need a refresher. This one-day class covers all of the same content as our multi-week series. (Snacks are provided during the day, but it is recommended to bring a lunch).
Birth Center Navigations
In addition to OB Pre-Admission Navigations, we are pleased to offer tours of the Aspen Birth Center, with one of our nurses. We kindly request that patients are at least 36 weeks along, in order to schedule this service. An abbreviated version of Childbirth Preparation content will be provided, as well as a review of the consent paperwork.

Our team has put together a resource library of helpful handouts, which may be referred to during our Childbirth Education class(es). They are also available as references for families seeking more information about these important topics!
