BIO

Dr. Joseph Schuller joined Aspen Valley Hospital in 2019 after 15 years practicing and teaching at University of Colorado Health, where he was an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of the Arrhythmia program at Denver Health Medical Center. Dr. Schuller is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. He specializes in heart rhythm disorders which include atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, SVT, and pacemakers/defibrillators. Dr. Schuller earned his BS in Psychology at the University of Wyoming. He studied Medicine at the University of Minnesota and was a resident at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He is currently a Fellow at the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr. Schuller and his wife moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in part to raise their two children. Like so many who live here, he loves being outside as much as possible.
